About AMS

The Perfect Customer Experience

Adore Me Services (AMS) is the logistics center and warehouse for Adore Me, a womenswear ecommerce startup based in New York City. We built this 130,000 square-foot facility located in Secaucus, New Jersey in 2017 as part of a larger vision to deliver "the perfect customer experience".

We realized in our early years as a hypergrowth startup the challenges and vulnerabilities that exist with a fully outsourced logistics operation. Our dream was to build a flexible operation that would allow us to rapidly scale up new business lines, customer experiences and logistical innovations.

AMS Culture

It was also our chance to build a logistics operation true to Adore Me's culture. We hired all of our workers as full-time employees, with the coinciding benefits. We invested in worker training and upskilling from day one. Our AMS teammates have always been equals in our company culture - something that is foundational to our vision for retail.
